“I always say that we should not get excited or fall too much when we win or we lose, but tonight I'm really happy because the team has put in place a great test of substance – said coach Angelo Lorenzetti after the match – Today, in addition to our win, we also learned something new: when our service has started to fail a bit we have been able to find other weapons to face a strong team like Lube. Compared to the past, we have been able to be more efficient in defense, adapting well to the speed of their volleyball. I would also like to thank Simone Giannelli, because today he was not at his best and gritted his teeth as the medical staff allowed me to use him. The first ranking place is a wonderful prize, but we have to be good at not suffering from vertigo and, with us, also our perfect public”.
For Diatec Trentino there will be now a day off, before starting to prepare from Tuesday for the matches in Emilia Romagna: for Thursday, November 17th at 20:30 is in fact scheduled a match in Piacenza (the fifth day of regular season which hasn't been played yet), three days after (on Sunday 20th) will then be played the match in Modena at PalaPanini versus Azimut.
